Acalabrutinib Overview

Acalabrutinib (ACP-196) is an investigational highly selective, Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor developed to minimize off-target activity with minimal effects on TEC, EGFR, or ITK signaling.1

As of September 2016, acalabrutinib has been administered to over 1800 participants in clinical studies, including subjects with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.2
